Christmas lights switch on in Lauder
Carol Concert in the Chapel at the Borders General Hospital
This is a chance to relax and enjoy good food and the company of our friends, but equally important is that this is our chance to say thank you to Wilson for giving us the use of the function room each week. We are so fortunate not to have to pay for this accommodation, so please do come along. Rona will be in touch with the menu and how to book your place.
- After the dinner, we will break for Christmas and New Year and return to choir on Thursday 11th January 2013.
We will put in a non-competitive entry again which means we get the chance to perform and be adjudicated, but we won’t be compared to the other choirs. We will be singing two songs on the stage at the wonderful Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. The evening begins at 6.30pm although we won’t know when exactly we will be singing until nearer the time. Last year we organised a bus to take us to Glasgow and will do so again once the numbers are confirmed. More details to follow!
